Step 1 — The Inquiry (Curiosity, Not Commitment)

When you fill out our inquiry form, you’re simply telling us:

“I’m interested. I want to know more.”

You’re not locking yourself into anything.

We encourage guests to share:

  • Are you a couple, a family, a small group?
  • What’s the main goal of your trip — relaxation, adventure, food, history?
  • Preferred dates.
  • Any early questions or doubts.

The more you tell us, the better we can understand whether this is truly a fit.

Every inquiry is reviewed by one of our experienced advisors.

You can expect a response within 24 hours — usually much faster.

Step 2 — Alignment & Honest Conversation

We typically continue via email.

If you prefer a call, simply leave your number — we’ll happily schedule a conversation.

WhatsApp works too.

On the other side is a real person.

At this stage, our job is not to “close” you.

Step 3 — Reservation & Deposit

Once aligned, we send a reservation agreement.

To secure the apartment, a 50% deposit is required.

The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks before arrival.

Our terms mirror the professional standards of the yachting industry.

Because designing your week involves real planning, real people and real preparation.

This isn’t a “cancel anytime” platform model.

For guests who want flexibility, cancellation insurance is always recommended.

Step 4 — The Preference Deep Dive (4 Weeks Before Arrival)

Now it gets interesting.

About four weeks before arrival, you receive our Preference List.

This is where the experience becomes yours.

You’ll share:

  • Guest details for everyone attending.
  • Food preferences and allergies.
  • Drink preferences (yes, we can stock your fridge with premium wines, local cheeses, VIP spirits).
  • Desired activity intensity.
  • Transfer needs from airports.
  • Optional guided upgrade.

You can choose your level of support.

From fully organized logistics and WhatsApp assistance…

…to a dedicated local host who accompanies you daily — guiding, coordinating and making sure everything flows seamlessly.

Step 5 — Custom Experience Design

Once we receive your preferences, we design your week.

You receive:

  • Detailed activity options.
  • Transparent pricing.
  • Optional upgrades.
  • Clear cost breakdown.

Nothing hidden.

You select what fits your style.

This is also where most guests discover experiences they didn’t even know existed.

Step 6 — Final Confirmation & Full Payment

After finalizing your selections:

  • The remaining apartment balance is paid.
  • All confirmed activities and half board services are settled.
  • Any on-site payments (if applicable) are clearly specified in advance.

There are no surprises.

Once completed, you receive your final PDF Program.

Step 7 — The Program & Local Activation

Your final package includes:

  • A day-by-day outline.
  • Confirmed bookings and vouchers.
  • Contact numbers.
  • Timeline details.
  • Local support contacts.

Around 14 days before arrival, you’re connected directly with our local partners.

They already know everything about your preferences.

When you arrive, nothing is improvised.
